Privacy Policy
Effective date: 1 September 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how MTOS AI Supervisor accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and protects Google user data.
2. Google data accessed
MTOS AI Supervisor requests only the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly. This permits read-only access to Google Sheets that the user authorizes. Depending on the operator-requested function, the application may read raw Google Sheets data such as spreadsheet or sheet metadata needed to identify the target, and cell or range values from the authorized spreadsheet. The application does not request Google Sheets write access through this OAuth scope.
MTOS AI Supervisor does not separately collect aggregated or anonymized Google user data from Google APIs. Any derived, summarized, or aggregated values used by the application are created only from the user's authorized Google Sheets data for the requested supervisory function.
3. Purpose of access
Authorized raw Google Sheets data, and any derived or aggregated summaries created from it, are used only to support operator-requested MTOS supervisory functions, such as reading relevant MTOS state and evidence, checking consistency, and preparing structured supervisory assessments. They are not used for advertising, unrelated profiling, lending decisions, generalized analytics, or generalized AI/ML model training.
4. Storage
Canonical MTOS AI Supervisor runtime state is maintained locally on the operator's device. The application is designed so that OpenAI is not the canonical state store. Local runtime storage uses controlled application data locations and safety checks.
5. AI processing and third-party sharing
When an AI analysis feature is enabled and explicitly used, the application may send only the minimized subset of raw or derived/aggregated Google Sheets data necessary for that specific user-requested supervisory analysis to the OpenAI API as a service provider. MTOS AI Supervisor configures OpenAI API requests with store=false. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the customer explicitly opts in.
MTOS AI Supervisor does not opt in to third-party API data sharing for model improvement or generalized model training when Google Workspace data is involved. Raw or derived Google Workspace user data is not used by MTOS AI Supervisor to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models, and it is not transferred to any third-party AI/ML service for that purpose.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes. Any service-provider processing is limited to delivering the requested application functionality and is subject to the applicable provider terms and data-handling policies.
6. Retention and deletion
Google Sheets content is read on demand through the authorized read-only scope. The public branding website does not store Google Sheets content, and MTOS AI Supervisor does not maintain a separate cloud database copy of the user's Google Sheets data. Local derived supervisory, audit, safety, or recovery records may be retained only as needed for those purposes. Where a record is part of an append-only safety or audit trail, corrections are made by superseding records rather than silently rewriting history.
A user may revoke Google OAuth access through the user's Google Account controls. A user may also request deletion of deletable local data by contacting the support address below. Deletion requests are handled subject only to applicable audit, security, and legal obligations. Third-party service providers may apply their own documented retention periods to data processed by them.
7. Security controls
- Least-privilege Google OAuth scope: Google Sheets read-only.
- No Google Sheets write scope.
- OAuth credentials are stored in the operating system's Windows Credential Locker rather than in the public website or plaintext project files.
- Local canonical state with controlled storage.
- Fail-closed safety design and separation between deterministic MTOS state and AI assessments.
- AI does not receive broker execution authority from Google OAuth access.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use
MTOS AI Supervisor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing functionality that the user knowingly requests and is not used for advertising, unrelated profiling, lending decisions, or other unrelated purposes.
Raw or derived Google Workspace user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models beyond the specific user's requested application functionality, and it is not transferred to third-party services for generalized AI/ML model training.
9. Website data
This public branding website is a static informational site. It contains no login, no form, no advertising, and no application analytics or tracking code supplied by MTOS AI Supervisor.
